Service 1st Inc. is a privately held Florida State Licensed CAC1815714 company. Our in-house knowledge and capabilities are such, however, that we can professionally service the entire heating, A/C and refrigeration disciplines without the use of subcontractors. Our philosophy is to encourage our customers to be proactive, i.e., to allow us to make periodic maintenance calls. It is our experience that this approach saves the customer a considerable amount of money because their equipment is being cleaned and maintained on a regular basis. We make sure every job is done correctly and we back that up with our in-house service warranty.
